Our Story

Built on referrals,
earned by results

K&B Contracting INC has been a full-service general contractor since 2008. We work across Boston, Newton, Wellesley, Wayland, and Weston, handling everything from new builds and major remodels to roofing, siding, windows, decks, and kitchen and bath renovations. We also manage insurance-based fire and flood restorations, so homeowners have one reliable team to call when it matters most.

Here is something that sets us apart: we have never run a single advertisement. Every project we have taken on since 2008 has come through word-of-mouth referrals from past clients. That track record is not something you can buy. It is built job by job, by showing up when we say we will and finishing what we start.

We are licensed and insured, and we operate as a full-service general contractor. That means we coordinate the work from start to finish. You are not managing a rotating cast of subcontractors or chasing down answers. You have one point of contact and one team accountable for the outcome.

We serve homeowners and property owners across the Greater Boston area, including Newton, Wellesley, Wayland, and Weston. Whether you are planning a large-scale new build, restoring a home after a fire or flood, or updating a kitchen or bath, we bring the same approach to every project: straightforward communication, solid craftsmanship, and follow-through.

If you are ready to get started, call us at (617) 938-4126. We are available Monday through Saturday, 7am to 5pm, and happy to talk through your project.

I was referred by a friend to K&B contracting and I’m so happy I was! From the beginning Kevin was extremely helpful and guided me through the process of an addition to my home. Him and his team did an amazing job and I will be a return customer come new needs for my home!

After interacting with numerous contractors to achieve my specific project. Kevin from K & B came thru like a blessing. He is proficient in framing, structural , energy and sound proofing. The finish looked like it was out of a magazine. Meet with him and you’ll immediately know. He’s the right guy / company for your project ! The best

Contracted K&B as our general contractor to renovate our home. I strongly recommend this company. Reaching them was easy, professional from the initial pricing, through to final completion. Even with the many surprises that were encountered, the work they delivered exceeded our expectations. Excellent workmanship, site was cleaned daily and they provided a clear daily schedule.

After extensive research, I came across K&B contracting. They went above and beyond to make sure my project was on schedule and even saved me money on some materials with their suggestions. Would definitely recommend!

We worked with Kevin to rebuild our townhouse after fire damage, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. He is hardworking, responsive, efficient and very easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. He kept things on track and made a difficult situation much easier for us. We are so grateful to have him. It was a great pleasure working with him, and we highly recommend him and his team.
