Roof Repair in Boston, MA
K&B Contracting INC provides roof repair in Boston and surrounding communities, fixing leaks, damaged shingles, and failing flashing before small problems grow.
Expert Roof Repair in Boston, MA
Roof repair in Boston means working against a climate that does not give damaged roofs much grace. Nor'easters drive water under loose shingles. Winter freeze-thaw cycles push moisture into small cracks and widen them. Ice dams back water up under the edge of the roof. Homes across Boston, Newton, Wellesley, Wayland, and Weston all face these same pressures, and the repair work needs to account for them. K&B Contracting INC handles the repairs that stop damage from spreading: leaking flashing around chimneys and vents, missing or cracked shingles, nail pops, granule loss, and water intrusion at roof penetrations. We look at the full picture around the damaged area, not just the surface symptom, so the fix holds through the next storm season. We have built our reputation entirely on referrals since 2008. No advertising, just homeowners across the area passing our name along because the work held up. When you call us for a roof repair, that track record is what you are getting.

FAQ
Roof Repair FAQ
Common questions about roof repair in Boston, MA.
If the damage is limited to a specific area, repair is usually the right call. Widespread shingle failure or soft, spongy decking across large sections of the roof points toward replacement instead.
We repair leaking flashing, missing or cracked shingles, nail pops, damaged vent boots, and water intrusion around chimneys and skylights. These are the most common repair needs we see across Newton and Wellesley homes.
Yes, even a minor leak can lead to insulation saturation and attic mold growth. Boston's freeze-thaw cycle can turn a small gap into a much larger opening before the season is over.
We serve Wayland and Weston along with Boston, Newton, and Wellesley. All of our service areas get the same hands-on repair approach.
Recurring leaks in the same spot usually mean the underlying cause, often failed flashing or a compromised underlayment, was not fully addressed the first time. We locate the source before making any repair.
K&B Contracting has grown entirely through word-of-mouth referrals since 2008. Homeowners across Boston and the surrounding towns pass the name along because the repairs hold up.
